Large chunks of locally sourced boar, in a 1kg pack. Boar meat comes from an entire male pig that has been used for breeding or is over a year old. It is usually much leaner and darker than traditional pork, which generally comes from pigs around 6 months of age, although it can come in quite fatty from time to time.

Serve fully defrosted, provide fresh drinking water, and wash hands, bowls and preparation surfaces after handling raw food.

Keep frozen. Defrost in the fridge and use within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
